I am a Solicitor in the Clinical Risk Team and specialise in healthcare. I trained with Bevan Brittan and qualified into the department in September 2011.
I provide contentious and non-contentious advice on a range of medico-legal issues and have a particular interest in mental health and capacity. I assist with supporting and representing clients at Inquests and Court of Protection proceedings. I have also delivered training to health professionals on the inquest process, complaints/claims against the NHS and record keeping.
