I am a solicitor in the Employment department having joined Bevan Brittan in February 2008.
In my role I provide employment advice to a number of private and public sector employers concerning both contentious and non contentious matters. My focus is predominantly providing employment advice to the healthcare sector, however, I also advise a number of our major corporate clients.
I have particular experience in contentious matters defending claims, often complex in areas such as unfair dismissal, discrimination and equal pay.
I am regularly involved in providing training in different aspects of employment law to a range of audiences including HR professionals and managers.
