I advise both public sector and private sector clients on disputes arising from public procurement matters. I advise on the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 and the NHS Principles and Rules of Cooperation and Competition and am a member of the Procurement Lawyers Association.
I act on complex judicial reviews and have recently been part of a team bringing a judicial review on behalf of 30 local authority clients. I also advise on contractual disputes. I am experienced in urgent court applications, high court hearings and alternative dispute resolution including mediation.
