I act for funders, consortia and the public sector on a variety of PFI/PPP and infrastructure projects in, for example, the social housing, waste, education, leisure and health sectors. I have particular expertise in assisting NHS Trusts with their working capital facilities and more recently I have been focusing on Local Government Finance.
I also advise on property, development and acquisition finance for banks, private equity houses and corporate borrowers and have experience in both bilateral and syndicated work.
My approach to any project is to consider all parties objectives and to encourage all concerned to work as an effective team. I enjoy taking a proactive approach in managing risks/issues and finding innovative solutions.
