I am a Partner in the Construction and Engineering department.
I have a wide range of experience in construction work, from procurement, to operational and risk management issues, and to formal dispute resolution procedures. I have assisted clients with drafting and negotiation of contract documentation including construction contracts, sub-contracts, consultant appointments, warranties, framework and term contracts.
I also work with clients during 'live' phases of their contracts, providing advice and support on contract interpretation and risk management strategies. My approach is always to try and resolve problems as they arise but where that is not possible I have extensive experience of formal dispute resolution procedures including mediation, adjudication, litigation and arbitration.
