I am an assistant solicitor in our Major Projects department.
I joined Bevan Brittan on qualification in September 2007. I have experience advising on PFI/PPP projects across a range of sectors including health, street lighting and leisure.
In the health sector, I have assisted the team advising the public sector on the first major acute health PFI scheme using competitive dialogue with a senior debt funding competition. I am the lead assistant advising Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust on its new hospital PFI project and I have also advised on a medium secure unit mental health PFI project. I have also advised on a number of NHS LIFT projects, acting for both primary care trusts and funders.
In other sectors my work has included assisting the team advising Hampshire County Council, West Sussex County Council and Southampton City Council on the UK’s largest-ever street lighting project and advising Wigan Council on its Joint Service Centre PFI.
