I am the HR Director at Bevan Brittan, having joined in 2006 from Babcock Group PLC and before that Arthur Andersen. As HR Director I am responsible for our People Strategy, which includes resource planning, learning and development, employee engagement and reward.
I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
