I am a partner and head up our thriving property department, a role I find consistently rewarding and enjoyable.
I specialise in health-related property work and also head up the firm’s Health Infrastructure group. My experience stems from more than 12 years working on health-related matters and I was recently asked by the Department of Health to write ‘Estatecode’, the seminal guide for national estate managers.
One of my most significant instructions to date was for the Department of Health on NHS LIFT, one of the largest ever national NHS procurements with over £1 billion invested in community and social healthcare infrastructure.
