I am a solicitor in the Commercial Dispute Resolution department.
I advise clients on how best to resolve disputes commercially and as quickly and cost-effectively as possible through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution and, where appropriate, through Court proceedings.
I advise clients on a wide range of commercial disputes including contractual disputes, fraud claims, professional negligence matters and defamation issues. My clients include NHS Trusts, local authorities, registered providers of Social Housing and major corporate clients including those in the Entertainment and Financial Services sectors. I also have experience in dealing with Health and Safety disputes involving the Health and Safety Executive and have carried out comprehensive investigations for clients following Health and Safety incidents.
Before joining the Commercial Dispute Resolution team, I specialised in Major Projects work, drafting and negotiating on operational sub-contracts and interface agreements.
