I am a member of the Employment and Pensions team. I qualified in 2006 and joined the firm in 2007. Before qualifying as a solicitor I was a professional cricketer for 14 years.
My role sees me advise a wide range of public and private sector clients including many NHS Trusts, Housing Associations, professional sports clubs as well as private sector clients.
I deal with all aspects of the employment relationship. On the contentious side I assist in the defence of all types of Employment Tribunal claims, particularly unfair dismissal, discrimination and equal pay claims. In addition, I can advise on more non-contentious issues such as drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures, recruitment, redundancies and disciplinary and grievance matters. I can also provide employment law training and workshops.
