I am a solicitor in the Property department and involved in a wide variety of property transactions.
My experience includes both public sector and private sector transactions and have been involved in a number of high profile private sector developments and PFI/PPP transactions.
I am part of the Regeneration team, providing both assistance with large scale developments and ongoing landlord and tenant support for a range of developers including regional development agencies and local authorities.
I also deal with a variety of landlord and tenant related issues which includes acting for telecommunications operators, local authorities, NHS Trusts and developers.
