I am an associate in the Construction and Engineering department.
I act for a wide range of public and private sector clients across a number of sectors including education, regeneration, health and social housing. My work encompasses construction contracts, development agreements, consultant appointments, security documentation and framework agreements.
I have a wide range of experience in PPP/PFI projects acting for public bodies, funders, private sector consortiums and contractors. My recent work includes significant involvement in the BSF programme from the tendering and evaluation stage, through competitive dialogue and up to financial close. I have advised on a variety of BSF schemes including the development of community, voluntary aided, academy schools and most recently, the primary school programme.
The nature of my work means I am commonly advising on the interface between public and private sectors. I always seek to use this experience where potential difficulties arise on a project and suggest solutions which are pragmatic, commercial and ensure that the client's goals are achieved.
