I am a solicitor in the employment team. I advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Having spent a few years as an in-house senior solicitor at a unitary authority, I have a thorough understanding of employment law in a local government setting.
I act for local authorities, schools, NHS trusts, housing associations, regulatory bodies, universities, independent and state schools, charities, well known plcs, corporate clients and individuals.
My transactional experience includes transfers of staff, secondment and partnering arrangements and PFI and outsourcing arrangements. I have also advised and represented clients in complex discrimination and whistle blowing Tribunal cases.
