I am a solicitor in the commercial dispute resolution team.
My work covers a wide range of commercial disputes. I have advised many private and public sector bodies on a range of contractual disputes that have arisen in the current economic climate, including a number of local authorities and NHS bodies. I also handle a variety of liability claims for insurers and self-insured private and public sector clients.
Recently I have advised on a high profile judicial review action, a number of planning challenges, debt recovery matters, fraud and procurement.
My priority is always to help our clients to resolve their dispute in a fast, cost-effective and commercial way.
