I am a partner in our Insurance & Financial Services group.
I joined Bevan Brittan LLP in 1999 and have nearly 20 years’ experience of advising insurers, private sector companies and public sector organisations on insurance and risk transfer issues.
I handle a wide range of liability claims for both insurers and for self-insured organisations. These range from major property damage claims through to high-value personal injury cases. I specialise in handling serious head and spinal injury cases and in advising employers in stress claims. I also advise on disputes between insurers and their insureds relating to insurance policy wording and coverage.
In addition, I am Bevan Brittan‘s diversity champion, having set up our widely-praised diversity programme in 2006.
