I am a commercial lawyer specialising in European Public Procurement Law. I advise on all procurement related queries and the rules governing selection and award criteria, including the application of the procurement rules; the choice of procurement; drafting of tender documents; preparation of contracts; addressing queries and responding to clarifications.
I worked in local government before I joined Bevan Brittan in January 2012. As an in-house lawyer, I provided support throughout the whole procurement process, I also advised on compliance with constitutions as well as procurement legislation.
Whilst at North Devon District Council, I advised on the regulated public procurement of part A services for its Internal Audit Services and I provided advice in relation to its outsourced provision of leisure facilities.
