I am an associate in our Major Projects department.
I trained at Bevan Brittan and qualified in 2002. I specialise in Health PFI/PPP procurements, advising on a range of capital health schemes. I am currently advising the public sector on the first major acute health PFI scheme using Competitive Dialogue and the application of HM Treasury guidance on senior debt funding competitions.
Having completed my secondment with Community Health Partnerships in 2004, I have advised the Department of Health on NHS LIFT, one of the largest ever national NHS procurements with over £1 billion invested in community and social healthcare infrastructure. I continue to advise the public sector on a number of NHS LIFT/Community Hospital projects.
I have co-authored articles on Health PFI and NHS LIFT.
Clear, concise, project specific legal advice is essential, but what I really enjoy is getting to know the client and their business to ensure I become an integral member of the Project team and deliver on our Client Promises.
