I am an experienced commercial lawyer, specialising in contractual matters in the healthcare sector. I have extensive experience drafting, negotiating and advising on contracts, working for both the public and private sector. I primarily advise on high value outsourcing and managed service contracts, leading commissioners through the various procurement procedures from a contractual perspective, including advising on procurement strategy. I also advise and assist bidders with the development of tender responses, including drafting and negotiating heads and terms and subcontracting arrangements.
I work with clients in the development and establishment of various joint venture arrangements, advising on the structures available, their advantages, disadvantages and suitability. I have drafted suites of precedent documentation for a number of clients for the purchase and provision of goods, staff and services, and I frequently provide training sessions and workshops covering matters of contract law and contractual issues, including in respect of specific elements of negotiated contracts, tailored to clients' exact requirements.
