I’m a property dispute resolution lawyer, and I specialise in landlord and tenant disputes, and advising both residential and commercial landowners in the private, health and local government sectors.
I regularly act for residential and commercial developers, institutional landlords, NHS trusts, local authorities and registered providers (formerly RSLs). I have also advised on property issues which have an insolvency angle.
When advising on disputes, I consider and recommend alternative dispute resolution to clients where appropriate. I provide risk management advice, where I help clients manage and resolve potential disputes at an early stage. I also represent clients in County Court litigation.
I advise clients on a variety of issues including rights of way, easement and boundary issues, business lease renewal, and obtaining anti-social behaviour injunctions and possession orders in order to manage anti-social behaviour for registered providers.
