I am an associate in the Major Projects department.
I qualified in 2001and have a wide range of experience in advising public and private sector clients, including funders across PPP projects in the health, education and waste sectors, meaning that I am able to advise on the key points with experience of all parties' starting points, internal pressures and with the outcome in mind.
I advised Partnerships for Schools on the production of the BSF Standard Form Project Agreement and its update and provide training and seminars to clients and the public sector on the principles of PFI and PPP and the attendant contractual documentation.
