I am the head of our major projects department, specialising in advising on major healthcare PFI schemes. I act for the public sector, private companies and funders.
I have particular expertise in NHS PFI procurement and am lead advisor on the largest mental health PFI scheme to date. I also advise on a number of large acute PFI and smaller community PFI/PPP transactions.
In addition to my fee earning work, I am also a contributor to several publications and a regular speaker at a variety of conferences including PFI for HFMA magazine and the Public Private Finance Healthcare conference.
