I am a partner in the clinical risk team. I specialise in clinical negligence and general healthcare law. I have a special interest in mental health law and healthcare associated infection. I act for the NHSLA and NHS Trusts providing support to the organisations and the professionals employed by them.
I provide regular training for NHS Trusts on a wide variety of subjects, but in particular on changes to mental health capacity and capacity law.
I have lead client care responsibility for several mental health trusts in the South West and Midlands.
