I am a Solicitor in Bevan Brittan's commercial group.
I work with clients in the public and private sector, advising on a wide range of commercial issues. On the contracting side, I advise Primary Care Trusts and NHS Trusts on service contracts, both for clinical and non-clinical services. I also advise on the Department of Health standard form acute contract and community services contract. I have recently been involved in the Equitable Access to Primary Care initiative run by the Department of Health.
I also provide governance advice to a range of NHS bodies. In particular, I assist aspiring Foundation Trusts with their applications for Foundation Trust status, advising on constitutional and governance issues.
