I am a senior associate solicitor in the Major Projects department at Bevan Brittan. I trained with Bevan Brittan and qualified in 2004.
I work across a number of PPP/PFI sectors, with a focus on education, in particular BSF, and leisure. I have advised both the public sector, including local authorities and central government, and the private sector, including funders, on a wide range of deals. As a consequence, I am familiar with the range of procurement and contractual issues which need to be considered in delivering major projects.
I have also spent time as an internal secondee in the Construction and Engineering department at Bevan Brittan and have experience of a range of standard form construction contracts.
