I am an associate in our commercial department. I advise both the NHS and the private sector on a broad range of contractual issues. I have extensive experience drafting, negotiating and advising on all types of healthcare contracts, advising commissioners and providers alike. My background is in Projects/PFI and I have particular expertise in drafting complex payment mechanisms.
Recently, I have been involved in the development and establishment of a number of corporate and contractual joint ventures, including in the pathology sector. This has included advising on the structures available and providing support throughout the whole procurement process. I have also delivered training to a number of Trusts on this subject.
