I am an Associate in our Employment department. I advise a wide range of public sector, private sector and third sector clients, ranging from local authorities, NHS trusts, schools and charities.
I advise on all aspects of contentious and non contentious employment law, including advising on restructures, redundancies and dismissals to drafting bonus schemes, compromise agreements and service agreements.
I specialise particularly in employee transfer issues, advising frequently on the TUPE implications of outsourcing (acting for both the public and private sector). I also handle disputes and claims arising from TUPE transfers.
I provide regular training sessions and workshops to our clients on a wide range of Employment topics.
