I am an administrative and public law specialist and I advise NHS bodies on a diverse range of issues relating to powers, decision making and governance arrangements.
I am an expert on the constitutional, governance and regulatory issues facing FTs having advised over 40 Trusts across every Wave/batch of the FT programme. I regularly provide training and developmental support to Trust Boards on a wide range of governance and regulatory issues.
I also advise NHS bodies on general commercial issues, including: the development of services, policies and procedures; the establishment of corporate vehicles and contractual structures to generate additional income; and the legal, regulatory and commercial contract issues in Primary Care.
Finally, I regularly advise NHS bodies involved in judicial review proceedings and commissioning and provider disputes within the primary care sector.
