I am a solicitor in the construction and engineering department.
I have experience of reviewing, drafting and negotiating a range of construction documents including building contracts, framework agreements, consultant appointments and collateral warranties. I have experience of acting on behalf of local authorities, registered providers and National Health Service Trusts.
I work in various sectors including healthcare, education and housing.
I have both contentious and non-contentious experience including work on post-close PFI issues.
