Bevan Brittan Appoints Charles Atkins

Bevan Brittan LLP has expanded its Claims and Regulatory departments with the recruitment of litigation partner Charles Atkins.

Charles joins the firm’s London office from RadcliffesLeBrasseur where he acted as lead partner for Royal and SunAlliance and represented a leading medical defence organisation.

With over 13 years experience in healthcare law, Charles has advised on a variety of civil and criminal proceedings, regulatory and employment disciplinary hearings and Inquests. His civil litigation experience includes advising on a number of high value clinical negligence cases and judicial reviews.

Charles is the latest lateral hire in the claims department and follows the recent recruitment of Joanne Easterbrook from Trowers & Hamlins.
