Bevan Brittan LLP has expanded its Commercial
department in London with the appointment of
Stephenson Harwood partner Peter
Brazel.
Peter, formerly Head of
Commercial, Outsourcing and
Technology at Stephenson Harwood will head
Bevan Brittan’s outsourcing transactions practice
working across the firm’s specialist divisions.
Peter has a strong corporate background and has
experience in infrastructure PFI/PPP schemes and
major outsourcing agreements. He has led
multidisciplinary teams on complex corporate and
commercial transactions and has worked across many
sectors including built environment, banking,
healthcare and technology. He is a member of the
National Outsourcing Association.
