Bevan Brittan LLP has announced the appointment of banking specialist Hugo Coetzee from city firm Norton Rose.

Hugo joins the firm’s banking and project finance team as a partner. He will start at Bevan Brittan’s London office in December.

Hugo has a wealth of experience in PFI/PPP and has advised on all financing aspects of PFI/PPP transactions. He has also strong experience in asset finance, general banking and property finance. Hugo will work alongside banking partner Philippa Chadwick to help grow and establish the banking and finance offering on a national basis.

Commenting on his appointment Chief Executive Stuart Whitfield said: “This is a signification step for our banking and finance team as Hugo’s technical expertise will really help to elevate our  offering, particularly within the capital markets and asset finance arena.  He is a strong addition to the team.”
