Real
estate specialists at Bevan Brittan have advised
London based property developer Ebury Securities
Limited on two deals worth £15 million.
Associates Mukhtiar Tanda and Paul Silcocks led the
Bevan Brittan team advising on the acquisition and
prelet of a £9.2 million site close to Waterloo
station for a hotel led scheme. Ebury purchased the
site at Waterloo Road from two private investors and
have submitted a planning application for a 260 bed
hotel, prelet to Travelodge and 13 000 sq ft (1 207
sq m) office development.
Solicitor Nicki Carter also advised Ebury on the
disposal of 20 Ironmonger Lane, a 12 500 sq ft
(1 161 sq m) multi let office building to ING Real
Estate Investment Management for £5.5 million.
