Bevan
Brittan has continued its recent investment after
sealing the appointment of a brace of senior lawyers for
its fast-expanding commercial litigation and property
practices.
Paul Kirkpatrick and Aman Hart both join the firm this
month as associates in Birmingham and Bristol
respectively.
Paul joined Bevan Brittan’s Birmingham office as an
associate on 7 January from Wragge & Co, where he was
also an associate.
He will work closely with partner Adam Kendall, who also
joined the firm’s commercial litigation practice from
Wragge & Co in September.
Paul is an experienced dispute resolution practitioner
who advises a wide selection of both private and public
sector clients on a full range of commercial disputes
work. In addition, he has a particular focus on
professional negligence and product liability claims
work.
During his time at Wragge & Co, Paul also spent some
time on secondment as an in-house lawyer with the
litigation team at global telecoms company BT plc.
Commenting on the appointment, Adam Kendall said: “I am
delighted Paul is joining Bevan Brittan at such an
exciting time [for the firm] with the recent expansion
of our Birmingham office and the development of what is
now a really top-tier national litigation practice.”
Meanwhile, Aman Hart also joined Bevan Brittan as an
associate on Monday (14 January). She moves from
Bond Pearce, where she was previously a solicitor.
Aman is an experienced property finance lawyer with
additional expertise in property investment, development
and landlord & tenant issues as well as more generalist
commercial property work.
Prior to joining Bond Pearce, she also worked as a
solicitor in the real estate department at City firm
Herbert Smith.
In her new role at Bevan Brittan, she will work
closely with associate Rob Harrison in expanding the
firm’s property finance practice in Bristol.

Bevan Brittan’s property team, part of the firm’s
umbrella Property, Planning &
