We regularly advise upon different forms of contract, to include structures that exploit Social Enterprise Vehicles, as well as looking at the framework of documents required to make the structures work effectively, looking at a package of direct agreements, partnering agreements, interface agreements, leases, collateral warranties and parent company guarantees and/or performance bonds. We work closely with our clients to understand what is required and the most efficient way of achieving their requirements. This is evidenced in both the work that we deliver to our clients in practice and also the work that we have carried out in assisting public agencies in formulating new structures such as LIFT and BSF.
