The debt recovery team utilises a sophisticated debt recovery software package which drives down costs. However, at the same time, defended actions are dealt with by experienced solicitors and legal executives. There are two dedicated associates who are debt recovery specialists within the wider commercial litigation department, and who are supervised by one of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Partners.
Based on our experience, we understand the imperative of pro-actively managing the debt recovery process and ensuring amounts due and owing are recovered quickly, efficiently and in the most cost-effective manner. We provide:

The debt recovery team has extensive experience of acting for organisations in both the public and private sectors. In particular, the team has significant experience of handling a large number of debt recovery cases for large financial services distributor operations. This often requires the team to be flexible (depending upon the requirements of individual clients) and to balance the need to pursue cases aggressively when appropriate, but to also appreciate the potential for adverse publicity and/or sensitive commercial issues when dealing with key bodies and trading partners.
