The team has respected experience in advising on a wide range of products including medical devices; electrical and electronic items; food products; mobile equipment and motor vehicles.
It has advised a number of both national and international companies on product recall issues as well as handling a variety of complex and high value product liability claims and has been retained by product liability insurers to advise on coverage issues.
