Our ability to innovate and to devise solutions that can be applied nationally is well recognised and evidenced in our role in the establishment of NHS LIFT.
We have advised Community Health Partnerships (CHP), formerly Partnerships for Health, on NHS LIFT since its inception and have subsequently acted for public and private sector clients, including funders, on 24 of the 48 LIFT schemes nationally.
The structure and legal documentation prescribed for the establishment of LIFT (Tranche 1) is well developed. As central advisors to Partnerships for Health, PUK and the Department of Health in the establishment of LIFT and authors of the standard LIFT documentation, we believe we have an unrivalled knowledge and understanding of the LIFT structure and documentation. As authors of the LIFT standard documentation and more recently, Version 5 and the new Land Retained Agreement (LRA), we believe we have a unique place in the market.
We continue to be instructed on future tranches for a number of established LIFT companies across England. NHS LIFT is an evolving programme and with such a depth of experience in NHS LIFT we have now advised on almost every complexity that can arise such as capital payments, phasing arrangements, multiple purchases from third parties and development and site assembly.
