corporate

Our corporate team’s aim is pure and simple: to invest our skills and experience in comprehensively advising clients on all aspects of their corporate transactions and projects.

Our clients come from a wide range of backgrounds, including:

  • private companies
  • banks
  • management teams
  • investment funds
  • central government bodies and local authorities
  • development and regeneration vehicles
  • NHS Trusts, Foundation Trusts, Primary Care Trusts and GP consortia
  • insolvency practitioners

We frequently advise on matters which have public and private sector participants. In fact, our experience of working at the interface between the private and public sectors is second to none, which gives us a unique insight into  the opportunities which can be created through cross-sector partnership working.

Clients regularly turn to us for advice on joint ventures, investment partnerships (including LIFTs, PFIs, LABVs, SEPs and BSFs), waste management projects, corporate reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals of shares. Our teams are also hugely experienced in advising on businesses and assets, financing and refinancing, and MBOs – as well as day to day corporate law advice.
