Bevan Brittan's specialist Health & Safety team provides advice and representation on a wide range of health and safety issues, acting for a large number of both public and private sector clients. We attend interviews under caution, hande and assist on prosecutions and intervene and advise on prohibition and improvement notices. In particular, the team has a wealth of experience in advising and assisting clients in the aftermath of workplace fatalities representing both individuals and organisations subject to investigation by the Police and the Health & Safety Executive.
