The team has extensive experience of negotiating complex section 106 agreements to secure the delivery of sustainable developments including the delivery of infrastructure, affordable housing, community facilities and education facilities.
The planning team has advised both private sector developers and a number of local authorities on a range of large scale residential led developments as well mixed-use regeneration schemes.
We act for both developers and local planning authorities and are therefore well placed to anticipate differing viewpoints and progress. We are currently developing a number of different mechanisms and proposals to ensure the delivery and financing of new infrastructure needed to support major developments in light of the current economic outlook.
The team is also experienced in dealing with all associated infrastructure agreements including s38, s278 and s104 agreements.
