The team has an in-depth knowledge of the rights afforded to telecommunications operators by the Electronic Communications Code. The Code is a specific piece of legislation which affords such operators a greater degree of protection in respect of the occupation of property than any other occupier and so there is very often the need for operators and landowners to obtain specialist advice on their legal position. We are a specialist team which has a great deal of experience acquired over the last 10 years of acting for both operators (including one of the largest operators in the country) and landowners on a wide range of issues involving property law, telecommunications law and the interface between the two.
