We regularly undertake litigation on behalf of our clients which involve challenges to regulatory decisions either by way of judicial review or other statutory regulatory challenges. Such work includes advice upon pre-action protocol letters, drafting acknowledgments of service in relation to judicial review proceedings and proceedings in the Administrative Court.
