McElroy.The team advises both the public and private sector
covering a range of tax issues including:

Trusts/Foundation Trusts on the corporate and VAT issues in
connection with UK and International joint ventures;

Advising local
authorities on the VAT and SDLT issues in relation to the
Building Schools for Future initiative;

Advising RDAs on
the VAT and SDLT issues on property structures;

Advising on the
direct and indirect tax issues for RSLs on the provision of
affordable and for sale housing;

Advising local Authorities on
the sale of subsidiary companies;

Advising UK
shareholders on the direct and indirect tax aspects of a UK
property joint venture; and
