Introduction | Understanding | Innovation | Investment | Recognition

We will transfer knowledge and skills to you and your staff in important areas of legal spend.

We can also identify areas where practical improvements will lead to savings. We run a comprehensive programme of networking and learning events for all our clients, designed to help you develop the know how, relationships and skills that you need at all levels of the business to achieve your key goals.  Where we identify a skills gap, we will tell you and suggest ways to fill it.

We are helping a number of our clients (and those of other firms) move towards Foundation Trust status by working through the key challenges that the Trust faces in tailor made sessions.  We have included as Appendix A the outline of some of these sessions for your information.

We also invest in areas that we believe will support and help the NHS tackle.  So far this year we have sponsored the LCS Fifth Annual Healthcare Conference on “The New Health Economy” and the Health Finance Managers Association Annual Conference on “Shaping the Future”.

We invest in our clients and their business by giving them our time, know how and observation of national trends and best practice.  We facilitate discussions with others in peer learning situations and networking events so that you learn from others’ experiences and innovation.  We bring another perspective to you and to your business because – we can.

Other free services

Increasingly, our clients have their own legal teams. Many of our lawyers have worked in-house,  so we understand their particular needs. We make our Library services available to our client’s in-house team and can provide Information Management advice to those who wish to set up their own facilities. Quarterly lunches for in-house lawyers are also organised. These provide great networking opportunities and a chance to catch up on topical issues.

We know how difficult it can be to keep up to date with all the latest industry news, let alone new legal developments. To help with this, we send you email Alerts on topics which are relevant to you.

CEOs of Foundation Trusts are also eligible to become members of the Senate, a peer forum that we have set up and which meets quarterly in London to discuss the drivers that are shaping the development of the NHS.

We are constantly looking for ways to enhance the services that we provide. Our London client suite is available to clients and enables them to have a “home from home” in the Capital.
