  • We were joined by SWiFT Management Services for a panel discussion on CQC, COVID-19, Compliance and Enforcement Risks. Bevan Brittan partners were joined by Christopher Stringer and Robert York in conversation.

    The group discussed how to prepare for a second wave of COVID-19, highlighting the challenges with managing visits and maintaining the mental wellbeing of residents; CQC enforcement and the legal considerations that providers must take as well as the best way to collect and organise evidence.
