    Community Ventures, Planning House and Bevan Brittan joined together to present a lively and engaging webinar on recent and proposed changes to planning law. The session covered the implications of the Government’s White Paper: Planning for the Future, the impact of COVID-19 on the planning system, changes to the Use Classes Order and new permitted development rights.

    The session had a specific focus on the healthcare estate, but with content of relevance to all working in development or asset management, particularly in the public sector.

    Our expert speakers, Chris Pipe, Founder/Director at Planning House and Dalee Kaur, Partner at Bevan Brittan provided an overview of the recent and planned changes, before being joined for a Q & A session by health sector specialists Emma Bolton, Community Ventures and James Atkins, Bevan Brittan.
