I am a construction lawyer. I specialise in all forms of construction law, both contentious and non-contentious. I advise clients on construction and engineering contracts, various forms of ancillary documents (such as bonds, guarantees and warranties) and professional appointments.
My clients include many institutions and developers who have single or multiple construction contracts, as well as contractors, subcontractors and construction consultants. I have worked in many sectors, notably health, energy, education and sport.
I have been a partner in several large multinational law firms, previously as Head of Construction and Infrastructure. Besides my English qualification, I am also qualified in Hong Kong and Australia, where I practised for many years before returning to the UK.
