I am an employment, immigration and pensions specialist advising on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, ranging from workforce immigration issues to advice in relation to proposed TUPE transfers and pensions matters. I also advise on contentious employment issues such as defending Tribunal claims including those arising from TUPE transfers and Pension Ombudsman claims. I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
Before retraining as a Solicitor I gained extensive commercial and operational experience working for one of the UK’s leading support services and construction companies as a chartered construction professional on projects for Private and Public sector clients.
