I am a senior associate in Bevan Brittan’s Employment department. I act for a broad range of private and public sector clients and have extensive knowledge in a number of fields, including; transport, retail, legal services, housing and education.
I have significant experience in employment litigation and conduct my own advocacy in Employment Tribunals. I regularly advise employers on executive terminations and strategic project work, including; TUPE transfers, changing terms and conditions and collective redundancy exercises. I also prepare and deliver bespoke employment law training nationally through seminars and workshops.
- Designed and implemented a collective grievance process and successfully resolved collective grievances issued by over 100 head office employees in relation to annual bonus entitlements;
- Carried out equal pay project for national employer with over 100,000 employees by reviewing, comparing and drafting job descriptions; and
- Successfully defended a discrimination and whistleblowing claim issued by an employment law solicitor which was listed for 12 days.
