As health and social care shifts the focus towards population health, quality of life and outcomes, technology is becoming a vital and more prominent requirement of change. However, whether provided to consumers or for use by health and social care professionals, technological solutions need to comply with regulatory standards so as to ensure patient safety and protect sensitive personal data.

This is a rapidly evolving marketplace:

    • with challenges for regulators and the regulated

    • and for Healthtech providers to take advantage of the opportunities and manage the inhibitors

Bevan Brittan is delighted to invite you to our next Senate workshop to consider these regulatory challenges for the sector with contributions from:

    • Peter Wyman CBE DL, Chair of the Care Quality Commission

    • Graeme Tunbridge, Group Manager – Devices Regulatory Affairs for Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency

    • Jonathan Moore, Associate - Bevan Brittan

    • Caroline Clarke, Deputy Chief Executive - Royal Free London NHS Trust

The event will provide an opportunity to hear from and question regulatory, commercial and legal experts and to network with providers and advisers in the sector, and to share their experiences in developing their solutions.

Attending this event is completely FREE of charge. The session will include networking lunch giving you the opportunity to meet fellow attendees and direct your questions to the speakers.

Please be aware that places for this discussion are limited and the session is expected to get over subscribed. Our clients get priority over non clients but we will endeavour to increase capacity where we can to allow all those who wish to attend a place. Where we are heavily over subscribed we will limit places to one or two people per organisation in which case you may be asked to liaise with your colleagues. Should we have to do any of the above we will be in touch with you at least 2 weeks before the event date.
